Solution Architect (Java/Golang)

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with a strong background in banking/e-wallet/financial services transformation, based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, as long as you have the right expertise and can travel when needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in leading complex architectural designs in financial institutions,

• Strong technical depth,

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills,

• Preferablypre-sales experience, though this isnot mandatoryif the candidatedemonstratesexceptional technical and banking architecture capability.

Key Activities

• Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures for banking/e-wallet/financial services transformation, payments, cards, channels and modernization programs.

• Evaluate current banking systems, identify limitations, and propose scalable and sustainable architecture roadmaps.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to define and align solution blueprints.

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

• Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across platforms and components in the banking ecosystem.

• Identify, communicate, and mitigateRisks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID)throughout the lifecycle of the program.

• Provide thought leadership and define best practices, architecture standards, and frameworks in alignment with industry trends.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,orrelatedfields.

• Minimum4+ years of experiencein aSolution Architector equivalent senior technical roleand total experience of 12+ years.

• Strong experience in the banking/e-wallet/financial services domain.

• Expertise inenterprise architecture, microservices, software design patterns, and API-driven designs.

• Hands-on experience withevent-driven architecture, integration, and modern application stacks.

• Technically articulate with excellentproblem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability tofrequentlytravel onsitefor client engagements, workshops, and solution presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiencyin JavaorGolangand associated frameworks.

• Strong focus on scalability, resilience, and performance optimization.

• Pre-sales or technical sales experienceis highly desirable, particularly in supporting solutioning and revenue generation.

• Experience in leading or coordinating technical teams across distributed environments.

• Exposure toinfrastructure,AWScloud platform, security frameworks, and databases.

• Certifications or experience in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar are a plus.
