Maintenance:

Every 03 months, update CIP kernel (4.4.x, 4.4.x-RT, 5.10.x, 5.10.x-RT) to G1, G2 series.

Disclose the package to GitHub public.

Update HMI/QtHMI demo, sample apps, Application Development Package if impacted by CIP kernel update.

System Integration, Technical review, Answer customer technical questions.

Upstream/Backport bug-fixes.

Development:

Port u-boot, CIP kernel (4.19.x, 4.19.x-RT, 5.10.x, 5.10.x-RT), Drivers (New, A2M, Zeus, V3U, etc. based), Basic libs (cip-core), ECC to G2L series and V2L.

Low power mode.

Integrate MMP, GStreamers, Qt.

Disclose the package to GitHub public.

System Integration (Yocto 3.1), Technical review, Answer customer technical questions.

Upstream/Backport bug-fixes.

Automation/Tool:

IT for BSP drivers, ST, LTP, Khronos Conformance Test, Qt test, Web-Platform-Testing, Draw Elements Quality Program (dEQP), Performance test for HTML5.

Benchmark.

Build Automation CI/CD/Test env (LAVA, R-Car Automation Test env based, etc.).

Deeply analyze Web-Platform-Testing failed cases.

Linux and RTOS platform support:

Answer technical questions from Linux customers.

Porting drivers on CA55.

Investigate, Design, Code, and Test some drivers of FreeRTOS env on CR7 of G2M.

Investigate, Design, Code, and Test some drivers of FreeRTOS env on Cortex M33 of G2L.

OpenAMP verification on Multi-OS (Linux, FreeRTOS) environment.

Bachelor's Degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Information Technology or equivalent.

5+ yearsof experience in embedded software development, with strong exposure to complex system architecture design.

Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming with the ability to define coding standards and review critical modules.

In-depth experience withFirmware and Device Driver Architecture, developmentand debugging.

Hands-on experience inLinux Board Support Packages(BSP) architecture, customization, and system bring-up (R-Car or other Automotive SoCs is a strong advantage).

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.

Solid knowledge of Linux OS, FreeRTOS, and Linux Kernel.

Understanding multimedia frameworks, audio/video codecs, graphics libraries, and image processing.

Proficient in reading and interpreting hardware schematics and MCU/SoC manuals.

Demonstrated ability to design and define end-to-end system architecture, propose scalable technical solutions, and conduct technical design and code reviews.

Able to lead initiatives, support decision-making, and guide team members when appropriate.

Fluent English communication skills, capable of leading technical discussions and collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
