We are expanding our AI Solution Consulting Team to serve regional markets (SEA), helping global clients design and adopt AI-driven solutions across industries such as Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, and E-commerce.

Job Summary

As an SA, you will play a key role in bridging business challenges with FPT's AI capabilities. You will collaborate with customers, sales teams, and product development units to design scalable, high-impact AI solutions leveraging FPT.AI platform and AI Factory ecosystem.

This role requires a strong mix of technical understanding, solution design, consulting mindset, and communication skills ideal for professionals passionate about AI application at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Consulting

Engage with clients to understand business objectives, technical environments, and pain points.

Design AI-based solutions using FPT's ecosystem (FPT.AI AI Agent, VoiceAgent, Enhance, AI Mentor, AI Factory models, etc.).

Develop end-to-end AI solution architectures, including integration with existing systems (CRM, Contact Center, Core Banking, etc.).

Deliver high-quality solution proposals, technical presentations, and demos for enterprise customers.

Pre-Sales & Business Support

Collaborate with Sales and Partner teams to qualify opportunities and shape AI solution offerings.

Prepare and deliver proof-of-concept (POC), technical documentation, and bid responses (RFP/RFI).

Support business expansion in key Japan & SEA markets (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.).

Collaboration & Product Feedback

Work closely with Product, R&D, and Delivery teams to align customer requirements with FPT.AI product roadmap.

Provide insights and market intelligence to refine AI product features and localization strategies.

Thought Leadership

Represent FPT Smart Cloud at client workshops, webinars, and industry events as an AI solution expert.

Contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable solution templates, and best practices for AI deployment.

Qualifications

Must-have:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Information Systems, or related fields.

3+ years of experience in AI Solution Design, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting (Conversational AI, NLP, Computer Vision, or ML/GenAI).

Strong understanding of AI system architecture, API integration, and enterprise IT environments.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken).

Nice-to-have:

Experience working with clients in Japan or SEA or global markets.

Familiarity with FPT.AI, AWS AI Services, Google Vertex AI, or Azure Cognitive Services.

Ability to draft technical proposals, diagrams, and cost estimations.

Multilingual (English + Bahasa / Thai / Tagalog) is a plus.
