Position type: Contractor
I. KEY JOB DUTIES
- Requirement Analysis: Review and analyze business software specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria provided by the Product Owner to design comprehensive test plans.
- Test Execution: Design test cases and conduct functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing for mobile applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Development Team during project planning and solution testing to identify problems and recommend improvements.
- Defect Management: Identify, report, and track bugs via Jira/Trello; provide clear documentation for developers to reproduce issues.
- User Support: Support the team in user training and ensure the final product aligns with user requirements.
II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- 12 years of experience in Manual Testing, with a strong focus on Mobile Apps (iOS & Android).
- Proficient in designing test cases, executing functional/regression tests, and managing bug lifecycles via Jira/Trello.
- Strong hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective, value-driven testing approaches.
- English proficiency to read technical documentation and communicate within a global environment.
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a strong quality-first mindset.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI automation tools, plus a strong learning mindset to explore and test emerging AI solutions.
