Job Description
The leading role of the Customer SW Development project, who manages the SW Project regarding on Specification / on Time / on Cost / on Quality, focusing on Mainstream based development for the Chinese customer airbag projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on Software Development strategy
- Manage SW Requirement from analysis to acceptance
- Plan and ensure delivery of SW work packages
- Control the SW Cost according to the SW Project Budget
- Ensure SW Quality and compliance with SW Development Process
- Inform SW project status and escalate for SW Project barriers
- Ensure achievement of the SW project targets
- Analysis of requirement based on verification tracking results (SW)
- Reporting of SW-Project Status to Management in PRC - Level4
Qualifications
- Bachelor/master degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or in Automotive Engineering
- Good knowledge in Software, Embedded software
- Automotive background is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development
- 3-5+ years of experience project management is preferred
- Basic knowledge in Safety concept according to ISO26262
- Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong team work spirit
- Good communication skills and English both in verbal and written, Chinese language is preferred
- Having experience working/collaborating with Chinese OEM projects is preferred
