Job Description

• Provide guidance and support to customers in setting up the initial information to use the MISA AMIS software.
• Assisting customers in successfully transferring data to the MISA software provided.
• Prepare training materials and guide customers to use the product proficiently for their work.
• Receiving and collecting customer feedback to make suggestions for product development and improvement.
• The job involves frequent travel and in-person meetings with clients.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a college degree or higher in economics-related fields such as Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Human Resource Management, etc.
• Enjoy training, sharing knowledge, and supporting customers.
• Training/Presentation skills, Document writing skills, Good communication skills
• No experience required; experience in software deployment training is an advantage.
