KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
People & team leadership
- Lead, motivate and grow a cross-functional team (Flutter, ReactJS, .NET), guiding it through the full delivery cycle from analysis and development to running the application in production.
- Set the team's direction, priorities and ways of working, remove blockers and grow your people.
- Build the team's culture, processes and standards.
Stakeholders collaboration:
- Partner with Product Owner to define, refine, and plan features, translating business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
- Collaborate with business users and business owners to ensure alignment and successful adoption of solutions.
Technical leadership
- Provide hands-on, deep expertise in at least one area of the stack (.NET backend, Flutter mobile or ReactJS web)
- Maintain a solid understanding of the whole stack to guide architecture, design decisions, and effectively review the team's deliverables
- Oversee the full application lifecycle: analysis & design, implementation incl. automated tests, deployment and production support
- Review, suggest & solve issues on production and non-production environments
- Determine and spread best practices and principles across the team and organization
- Follow the development process (Jira, technical documentation, meaningful Git comments) and SBV/Audit requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or corresponding experience in Software Development
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Development; with at least 2 years of experience in leading a development team, with proven people-management skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of: .NET Core/C# (backend) or Dart/Flutter (mobile) or ReactJS/JavaScript (web)
- Experience with software design and architecture of enterprise-class size; Microservice architecture and CI/CD pipelines; relational databases (Oracle or MS SQL)
- Good knowledge of other parts of the stack (mobile, web and backend)
- Solid understanding of designing and deploying services (REST, WebSocket, gRPC); authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2/OpenID)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
