We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join us

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills. 

Report to: Board of Directors (BOD). 

Work with:

  • Tech Leads: Collaborate on technical and organizational decision-making. 
  • Engineering Team: Provide people management, daily communication, and guidance on career growth/retention. 
  • HR and Talent Acquisition (TA): Partner to strengthen engineering recruitment. 
  • Executives and Leadership: Serve as a bridge between management and the engineering team.

  • Location: Head Office located at 2nd floor, Central park, 117 Nguyen Du, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of total Engineering experience including 2+ years of People Management experience (1-on-1s, performance reviews, hiring, team development). 
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on Full-Stack engineering experience with Back-End (Node.js / Python / Java, etc.) and AWS. Practical experience with LLMs / Generative AI. Nice to have: Familiarity with Front-End (ReactJS, VueJS, etc.) and Mobile contexts (Flutter, React Native, etc.). 
  • Languages: Vietnamese proficiency, Business-level English Nice to have: Japanese language proficiency. 
  • Soft Skills & Mindset: Logical and structured thinking, analytical foresight (risk identification), strong communication/active listening, ownership mindset, and a continuous drive to learn. 
  • Preferred Domain Experience (Nice to have): Organizational system design (building career paths/grading), IT outsourcing management, engineering culture building, and familiarity with Japanese business practices.
