Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues
- Contribute to the development of automated tests
- Stay up-to-date with the latest JavaScript technologies and trends
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Deploy and maintain software applications in production environments
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development using JavaScript
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ features
- Experience with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with Node.js and server-side development
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
