About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver innovative and impactful products. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with object-oriented design and development principles
- Experience with relational databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
- Experience with front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is a plus
