ABOUT THE JOB
- Design, develop, and maintain synchronization solutions for enterprise engineering tools and platforms.
- Build and enhance REST APIs, connectors, workflow mappings, field mappings, and synchronization logic using Java and Python.
- Develop reliable integrations with systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM/RTC), and other enterprise applications.
- Investigate and resolve synchronization issues, performance bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and customer-reported incidents.
- Optimize synchronization processes for large-scale enterprise projects involving thousands of work items.
- Develop internal automation tools and utilities using Python, Flutter, and Power Automate for deployment, diagnostics, reporting, data migration, testing, and operational support.
- Create automated testing and validation utilities to improve software quality, reliability, and release efficiency.
- Collaborate with customers and international development teams to deliver practical, high-quality software solutions.
About You
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python, with an interest in automation and tooling development.
- Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, enterprise application integration, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Git, Jira, Windows, Linux, and Docker environments.
- Knowledge of IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM/RTC), integration platforms, or enterprise synchronization solutions is a plus.
- Experience with Flutter, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and authentication technologies such as Basic Authentication or JWT is an advantage.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Good English communication skills would be a plus.
