Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Japanese clients, project managers, and development teams to clarify requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications using Java, .NET, or C/C++ technologies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software quality improvements.
- Support application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with at least one of the following programming languages:
- Java
- C#/.NET
- C/C++
- Experience working in an Agile or Waterfall development environment.
Japanese Language
- Japanese proficiency of JLPT N3 or above.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Capability to read and understand technical documents written in Japanese is preferred.
