Software Engineer

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for doing offshore projects and development projects for Customers from Design to delivery phase..

Responsibilities

• Join all phases of Projects(planning / scheduling / resource monitoring / progress management / change management / Issues control / Project P/L control)
• Clarify each team member's role, responsibility and delegate tasks to members.
• Join and take a apart of SS/PS/PG/PT/IT phases with team members
• Review the SS/PS/PG/PT/IT result of team members
• Do Customer approach.
• Join the presales activities if requested.
• Report to Manager and up-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with programming languages like Java, .Net, SQL, Oracle..
• Project management skills
• 2-3 years of experience with same position
• Minimum JLPT N3 level required; candidates should be able to communicate effectively in Japanese in a business context.
