[HIRING] Web Developer (C#, .NET) | MISA | Hanoi
MISA is looking for a Web Developer (C#, .NET) to join our product team in Hanoi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, designing high-quality system architecture, and building reliable solutions across Frontend, API, Backend, and Database layers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance web applications on the .NET platform
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-availability system architecture
- Build end-to-end solutions across Frontend, API, Backend, and Database
- Optimize system performance, security, and data processing efficiency
- Analyze technical problems related to concurrency, transaction, caching, and messaging
- Implement modern development practices such as Microservices, Event-driven Architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Conduct design review and code review to ensure clean, testable, and high-quality code
- Collaborate with Product Manager, Business Analyst, and DevOps to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Support team growth through knowledge sharing and technical mentoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience developing web applications on the .NET platform
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, or .NET Core/.NET
- Experience in Backend development with Clean Architecture
- Experience in Frontend development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with SQL Server or MySQL, including database design and query optimization
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns
- Understanding of web application architecture and software development processes
Preferred
- Experience working on medium-scale or large-scale web systems
- Experience optimizing performance for high-traffic applications
- Experience with Vue 3 or TypeScript
- Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar message queue systems
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or Microservices architecture
- Experience writing unit tests, participating in code reviews, and preparing technical documentation
- Product mindset with the ability to understand user needs and propose practical solutions
