With hundreds of millions of users using Office365 services, a huge amount of data is generated every day. Data is mission critical for Office365 services. It helps engineering teams to understand the quality of live services, generate insights of feature usage and user behavior, troubleshoot bugs and issues. It also offers better visibility to product and management teams on business impacts, empowers products and scientist teams to build intelligence features.

M365 Big Data Team has lots of investments in different data related areas to support the continuous growth of business needs from Office365. We are now hiring software engineers for Service Operation and Telemetry Standardization Team in Vietnam office under Substrate Foundation org. We look into how telemetry is being generated, collected and consumed across all M365 workloads and collaborate with M365 teams to standardize and modernize our telemetry infrastructure to empower AIOps scenarios. We build solutions to simplify data onboarding and maintenance experience, enforce compliance and privacy requirements during data processing, generate insights to help to reduce telemetry COST and engineering efforts, deliver insights to empower data discovery. Our mission is to increase the value of the data while at the same time taming the complexity and high cost of capturing, managing, and leveraging it.
