Your profile
We are looking for an
experienced Software Development Team Lead with extensive
full-stack development experience and a track record of
managing small to medium-sized teams while delivering high-quality software solutions.

About the Role:
This role requires someone who is
technically proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, capable of
leading and mentoring a team, while also
contributing as a senior developer.
You will be
collaborating with stakeholders across various teams, including
Product, Design, QA, and Higher Management. Your work will have a
material impact on thousands of clients worldwide.

You Have
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Team Management: 2+ years of experience mentoring and managing a team of 2 to 10 developers
- PHP: 5+ years of strong expertise in core PHP, capable of building robust and scalable applications
- JavaScript: 4+ years of experience building front-end applications using any modern JavaScript framewor
- kSQL: Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries and designing database
- sGit: Expertise in Git version control, understanding branching, merging, and collaborative workflow
sNice to Hav
- eTypeScript with ReactJS: Hands-on experience building front-end applications with React & TypeScrip
- tPostgreSQL: Experience in optimizing queries and designing databases for PostgreSQ
- LContainerization: Experience managing applications using Docker and orchestration technologies like Kubernete
- sLinux: Proficiency in Linux environments, including scripting and system managemen
- tContinuous Integration (CI/CD): Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab C
