The Opportunity
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our clients paid social media strategies and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. In this role, you will be the driving force behind targeted advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and will ensure leads are effectively nurtured through the sales funnel. You will play a crucial part in supporting high-profile marketing initiatives, such as comprehensive app relaunch campaigns, driving measurable ROI for our diverse client roster.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok is an added advantage.
- Budgeting & Bidding: Manage ad spend efficiently, monitoring daily budgets and adjusting bidding strategies to maximize conversions and minimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- CRM Integration & Automation: Manage and optimize CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot and Mailchimp, to track lead generation, segment audiences, and build automated email drip campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, generate weekly performance reports, and present actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, copywriting, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and overall campaign efficacy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the creative and copywriting teams to ensure ad assets align with platform best practices and campaign objectives.
Key Criteria
- Experience: 2 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns within an agency setting.
- Platform Mastery: Proven proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- CRM Expertise: Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or Mailchimp, particularly in building email workflows, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing open/click rates.
- Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, LTV) and experience with tracking tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and adapt quickly to shifting platform algorithms.
