As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will build ProScan's brand awareness across international markets by managing our global social media channels. You will be responsible for creating and posting content on platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok to connect with international business audiences.
Job Description
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok targeting English-speaking markets.
- Content Creation: Design high-quality visuals and short-form videos using tools like Canva or CapCut while writing expert-level English copy.
- Lead Generation: Support the sales team by identifying prospects through DMs and comments to convert social traffic into qualified leads.
- Reporting: Track key metrics such as reach and conversion rates to prepare bi-weekly performance reports for management.
Requirements
- English Proficiency: Business-level English (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent) is mandatory for professional communication and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong design skills and experience in international digital marketing are highly preferred.
- Attributes: Ability to work independently, proactively, and possess strong persuasion skills.
