Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an SMM & ContentSpecialist to work with a Vietnamese audience within an international digital project.

This is a role for someone who understands social media not just as content posting, but as a tool for user acquisition and engagement. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should understand how content drives traffic and contributes to conversions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels (primarily TikTok and Facebook)
• Create content: posts, short videos, stories
• Drive audience growth and engagement
• Support user flow: social media → messaging platforms
• Communicate with users and support them during onboarding
• Collaborate with designer and marketing team
• Monitor performance metrics and improve results

• Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in SMM & Content Creator
• Understanding of basic performance metrics and funnels
• Experience working with TikTok and/or Facebook
• Experience working with Vietnamese audiences
• Fluent Vietnamese language skills
• English - B1+ level
• Ability to work independently and solve tasks proactively

Nice to have: experience in digital projects with performance/KPI focus

• What we offer:
• $400–$600 monthly + Performance-based bonuses
