Key Responsibilities:
Channel Building & Growth:
- Proactively propose ideas and develop growth strategies for various Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Directly implement and manage these channels, ensuring brand consistency and achieving set goals.
- Research and apply new methods and tools to grow channels rapidly and sustainably.
Content Management:
- Develop and execute content plans, producing diverse and engaging content (posts, images, videos, etc.) tailored to each Social Media platform.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
- Manage posting schedules and monitor user interactions.
Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments and messages from customers/followers promptly, professionally, and friendly.
- Organize interactive activities (minigames, Q&As, livestreams, etc.) to foster community engagement.
- Build relationships with relevant influencers/KOLs.
Advertising (if applicable):
- Support the implementation of advertising campaigns on Social Media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns.
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on the algorithms and operational mechanisms of each Social Media platform.
- Closely monitor emerging trends, especially those related to community building and channel growth.
- Thoroughly analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Produce Periodical Reports
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in building and growing Social Media channels.
- Strong preference for candidates with successful personal projects related to channel building (e.g., TikTok channel with a large following, YouTube channel with high views, Facebook page with high engagement, etc.). Please include links to these projects in your CV or Cover Letter.
Hard Skills:
- Deep understanding of how Social Media platforms operate (algorithms, policies, support tools, etc.).
- Proficiency in Social Media management and analytics tools.
- Ability to create unique, engaging, and platform-specific content.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and related skills is a plus.
- Experience with running ads is advantageous.
