We are a small company. This means short decision lines, real responsibility, and direct contact with the founder.

Role description

Your job is to get managers to start using TeamScan and 360Scan.

You will run social media campaigns from start to finish:

• Creating content
• Running campaigns
• Managing tools
• Tracking results

Your main KPI is conversion from visitor to paying user.

You will manage a marketing budget and decide how to use it to increase conversions.

This role fits someone at the start of their career who has strong ideas and wants to learn fast by doing real work.

What you will do

• Create and run social media campaigns on Meta, Zalo, and TikTok
• Design content that explains the value of the tools clearly and simply
• Test, adjust, and improve campaigns based on data
• Track performance and report results in a clear way
• Use paid promotion when it helps conversion

What we are looking for

• Good understanding of social media platforms like Meta, Zalo, or TikTok
• Ability to create clear visual content and write short, effective copy
• Basic experience with analytics and performance tracking
• Ability to spot what works and change approach quickly
• Comfortable speaking English for internal communication with the founder (Campaign content will be in Vietnamese)

Experience or education in social media marketing is a plus. If you have a portfolio, include it with your CV.
