SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER – REALITY SHOWS

About the Role

Dong Tay Promotion is looking for a Social Media Manager – Reality Shows to lead the development and execution of social media communication strategies for our entertainment content, reality shows, and related media products across key social platforms.

This role is responsible for building impactful social plans, driving audience engagement, strengthening show visibility, and ensuring high-quality content execution across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop integrated marketing communication plans for reality TV shows and entertainment programs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to define social media directions and build platform growth plans.
  • Plan, supervise, and manage content execution across social platforms, including content ideation, production materials, videos, images, and written posts.
  • Review and ensure the quality of all social media content before publication.
  • Plan and execute fan engagement activities to increase interaction and build community love around the shows.
  • Coordinate with the team to deliver communication benefits for clients, sponsors, and media partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with press, community pages, KOLs, and digital partners across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Propose, monitor, and manage budgets related to social media and promotional activities.
  • Develop ideas and participate in offline promotional activities for reality TV shows.

2. Trend Research & Content Optimization

  • Stay updated on market trends, audience behaviors, social content trends, and entertainment culture.
  • Continuously improve creative taste and content direction to optimize scripts, formats, and social content performance.

3. Performance Reporting & Team Development

  • Prepare performance reports for each social platform.
  • Analyze and measure key social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize communication performance across social platforms based on data insights.
  • Support team development and ensure smooth collaboration among team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a social media management role.
  • At least 6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or social media.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital communications, and entertainment content.
  • Experience in reality shows, entertainment, media, or content production is a strong advantage.
  • Good management and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media data.
  • Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
