Social Media Manager

At Digmarit, we specialize in digital marketing solutions that help businesses grow and engage their target audience across digital platforms. We are looking for an SMM & Content Specialist to work with a Vietnamese audience as part of our international marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand's social media channels, primarily TikTok and Facebook.
• Create content: posts, short videos, and stories tailored to the Vietnamese audience.
• Drive audience growth and engagement across platforms.
• Guide users through the brand's communication channels and support them during the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team on content strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve results.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in SMM or content creation.
• Understanding of basic performance metrics and marketing funnels.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok and/or Facebook.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and local audience behavior.
• Native or fluent Vietnamese; English B1+.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Nice to have: experience in digital marketing with a performance or KPI focus.
