Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist for a remote role, focused on boosting our online presence and generating quality leads. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective social media strategies, optimizing content for various platforms, engaging with audiences to enhance brand visibility, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The ideal candidate will also coordinate lead generation campaigns and align efforts with our overall marketing objectives.

You will own end-to-end growth across all social channels:
Lead Generation & Sales Support
LinkedIn outreach & prospecting
Meeting booking with qualified leads
Client communication & follow-ups
CRM updates and lead tracking
Email marketing campaigns & sequences
Social Media Management (All Platforms)
You'll manage and grow:
LinkedIn (posts + outreach + follower growth)
Twitter/X
TikTok
YouTube
Including:
Content planning & scheduling
Writing high-quality posts
Basic graphics/video coordination (Canva or similar)
Growing followers organically
Engagement (comments, DMs, community replies)
Content Development
Create professional, startup-grade content
Promote products, updates, demos, and thought leadership
Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
Help develop short videos, reels, and promo content
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management + lead generation
Strong LinkedIn outreach and meeting-booking skills
Experience with email marketing tools
Excellent written English
Comfortable managing multiple platforms at once
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS, startups, or AI products
