Behind Jackfruit Adventure is a team of diverse personalities united by one goal: delivering unforgettable experiences with heart. We're now looking for the next piece of our team to position: Social Media Intern.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Scheduling
- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with Jackfruit Adventure's brand, campaigns, and goals
- Produce short-form video content, including idea development, script writing, filming, and basic editing
- Schedule posts and manage the social media across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistency and timely posting
Community Engagement
- Monitor social media channels for comments and messages
- Assist in responding to inquiries and engaging with our online community
Learning & Development
- Actively participate in training and learning opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on social media best practices and tools
- Learn about the travel and adventure industry
Qualifications
- A passion for social media and a strong interest in the industry
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience or strong interest in photography and videography (smartphone or camera).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative and enthusiastic attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity applications and platforms.
