Jessica Diem is a wellness entrepreneur, yoga instructor, and lifestyle creator building a global personal brand around healthy living, mindful motherhood, and modern feminine success.
We are looking for one high-level, all-rounder Social Media Growth & Content Lead to work closely with Jess and help scale her personal brand internationally.
This is NOT a basic posting job. This role is for someone who thinks strategically, executes creatively, and wants to build a global-level brand.
Your Mission
Grow Jessica's personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook with a strong focus on:
- International audience growth
- Premium wellness & lifestyle positioning
- Viral and high-value content
- Long-term brand building
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy
- Develop monthly growth strategies
- Analyze trends in global wellness/lifestyle content
- Study viral formats and adapt them
- Track analytics and optimize performance
- Suggest collaborations and expansion ideas
- Focus on increasing international reach
2. Content Planning
- Create content calendars
- Plan content themes and series
- Write hooks and English captions
- Align content with Jess's brand voice and lifestyle
3. Content Production (Very Important)
- Film short-form videos (reels, TikTok)
- Take aesthetic photos
- Edit videos for social media
- Add subtitles, hooks, and trending formats
- Ensure content looks premium and global
You must be hands-on, not just planning
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands Instagram & TikTok algorithms
- Knows how to grow accounts organically
- Has strong aesthetic sense
- Can film & edit well (phone or camera)
- Understands storytelling & hooks
- Speaks and writes good English
- Is proactive and trend-aware
- Has a global mindset
- Is responsible and detail-oriented
Big plus if you:
- Have grown accounts to 50K100K+
- Have worked with lifestyle/wellness brands
- Understand luxury branding
- Love fitness, yoga, or healthy living
- Have portfolio or case studies
Salary & Benefits
