About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day execution of our social media across multiple brands.
This role is focused on planning posts, maintaining content calendars, engaging with audiences in comments, and keeping things organized. You will work closely with our content and editing team and help make sure content is posted on time and conversations are actively managed.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a senior strategy or management position.
What You Will DoSocial Media Execution
- Schedule and post content based on provided plans
- Maintain simple, clear content calendars
- Track what has been posted and what is coming next
- Help keep posting consistent across platforms
Community Engagement
- Reply to comments and messages in a friendly, professional tone
- Ask simple follow-up questions to encourage engagement
- Flag important comments, questions, or issues to the team
- Keep communities active and respectful
Organization & Support
- Keep content, captions, and assets organized
- Follow up on missing information or assets
- Help the team stay aligned on what is posting where and when

- Not a senior marketing or brand role
- Not a strategy-only position
- Not a paid ads or performance marketing role
- Not a creative director role
- Not a role for someone who wants to lead a large team

Required Skills

- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Good written communication skills
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience working with creators, podcasts, or media pages
- Basic project coordination experience
- Interest in content, media, or online communities
