1.Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop Social Creative Strategies: create innovativeconcepts, creative ideas and execution plans for campaigns (IMC, digital, social, influencer), ensuring they reflect the brand message and connect with the target audience.
-Idea Generation: Actively contributeand lead every brainstorming session.
-Proposal Writing: develop social creative proposal.
-Presentation: Present ideas to internal team & client.
-Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
-Internal Team Coordination: Coordinate with other social team members to achieve high-quality output and maintain a seamless workflow.
-Leadership: Work and supervise for junior/trainee/intern levels.
2.Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
-3+ years of experience in social creative and communications for agency or inhouse.
-Significant experience in professional, commercial projects related to many industries.
-A persuasive and confident approach to creativity.
-Strong portfolio of successful creative campaigns for brands.
-Deep understanding about social media landscape.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Good at teamwork and project management.
-A keen attention to detail and timescales.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
