Job description
- IP Strategy & Narrative Ownership
- Own the overall IP strategy, positioning, and narrative direction for the Vietnam market.
- Ensure IP content aligns with local culture, user insights, and business objectives.
- Short-form Content Production
- Produce high-frequency, platform-native content for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ideate, script, coordinate production, and publish content.
- Community Building & Management
- Build and manage IP-related communities across Facebook Groups, Zalo Groups, and comment sections.
- Drive engagement, discussions, and long-term trust within communities.
- Private-domain Monetization Understanding
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Vietnam's private-domain monetization logic, especially the role of Zalo and Facebook Groups in customer decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales/Marketing teams to optimize conversion from community to revenue.
Requirements
- Experience in Content, Social Media, Community, or IP/Personal Brand building.
- Deep understanding of Vietnamese user behavior on TikTok, Facebook, and Zalo.
- Results-driven content mindset with strong business alignment.
- High ownership, strong execution, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building or operating KOL, Creator, or Brand IPs.
- Background in EdTech, services, or B2C products.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion logic.
