Job Description

Brancher.X Vietnam is seeking an experienced Social Commerce Lead to lead and scale performance-driven social commerce campaigns for top-tier brands.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to clientsmanaging communication, driving execution excellence, and leading cross-functional teams across KOL/KOC marketing, livestream commerce, affiliate networks, and short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Account Leadership

  • Act as the primary client partner for all social commerce projects, ensuring performance targets and business objectives are achieved.
  • Lead day-to-day client communication, manage expectations, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow the business.
  • Translate client business goals into actionable, data-driven social commerce strategies.

2. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of social commerce campaigns (planning execution optimization).
  • Manage influencer/KOL booking, livestream production, affiliate operations, and content seeding across platforms.
  • Ensure content direction and messaging align with brand strategy to maximize conversion and ROI.
  • Build and scale a multi-platform satellite channel ecosystem to broaden content distribution, increase exposure, and support conversion-driven campaigns.
  • Develop content distribution layers (TikTok channels, review pages, UGC hubs) to amplify product storytelling and traffic generation.
  • Coordinate the growth of creator-operated and agency-operated channels, optimizing formats, posting schedules, and content performance.
  • Experiment, test, and optimize content frameworks (short-form video, demo review, livestream highlights) to improve commerce efficiency across all satellite channels.

3. Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor account executives/coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations and strong client servicing standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Media, Creative, Affiliate, Production) and external partners (KOLs, studios, platform reps).
  • Oversee the quality and performance of UGC production, livestream hosts, and influencer deliverables.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Oversee campaign monitoring via affiliate dashboards, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Own KPI tracking (conversion, ROI, GMV, CTR, engagement, etc.) and provide clear performance insights.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • +4 years of experience in digital marketing, social commerce, or influencer/KOL marketing, with at least 2 years in an account management or client-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale influencer/affiliate campaigns and major livestream sales events.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada ecosystems and short-form video trends.
  • Skilled in project management, stakeholder coordination, and multi-team collaboration.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of performance KPIs and optimization.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills; English proficiency is a plus.

- Working Time: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 6:00 PM, including 1.5h lunch-break.
