This Position reports to:
Project Manager
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead all on-site activities of an assigned small to mid-size site or sub-project to ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. Each day, you will lead the site team allocated to the project, follow main guidelines, and allocate tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ABB Robotics in Vietnam and reporting to Project Manager Lead.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Manage daily site operation and customer requirements.
- Allocate and control manpower to ensure effective response to issues.
- Lead OSS/Engineer in equipment troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Manage customer escalation and provide timely updates.
- Monitor equipment performance, downtime, yield and other site KPIs.
- Assess team capability and drive training/improvement.
- Establish clear ownership and escalation process within the team.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)- 5+ years experience in equipment engineering / manufacturing / technical service.
- 2+ years team management experience.
- Strong equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong manpower coordination and leadership skills.
- Good customer communication and escalation management.
- Chinese required English is a strong advantage.
- Experience in semiconductor/electronics/automation is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial robots and experience with ABB robots is preferred.
- Can travel and work overtime
