Site Manager, Architect

Job Description:

- Review & coordinate with Design Management team & design consultant to review design drawings.

- Supervise the finishing works to ensure that it is complying with construction specifications, procedures and design requirements and standards.

- Manage EHS (Environment – Health – Safety) for assigned area at site.

- Coordinate all trades of works for speeding up site progress as well as quality.

- Lead all functions rated to Architectural matters at site and supervise team members in coordinating drawings and updating information on project.

- Coordinate with other departments/relevant parties for updates and communications of contractor's shop drawings and construction drawings.

- Lead team in supervising Architectural and checking contractor's shop drawings and construction drawings.

- Review the drawings & shop drawings, MOS, MA submitted by the Contractor.

- Inspect all materials delivery and installation on site.

- Supervise the construction of finishing works to ensure that it is complying with construction specifications, procedures, and design requirements.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture or related fields

- Strong experiences in construction management and quality management in high-rise, low-rise projects is a plus.

- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Required language(s): English

- Experience in architectural and finishing works of residential projects.

- Site experience is preferred.
