JOB DESCRIPTION
Site Sourcing: Proactively identify and source potential retail locations that meet the key criteria of AIDI's Minimalist Supermarket model, including location, store size, population density, and traffic accessibility.
Site Survey & Evaluation: Conduct field surveys and analyze the potential of target areas, including customer demographics, population density, and B2C traffic, to assess the business potential of each location.
Negotiation: Work directly with landlords/property owners to negotiate favorable rental terms and pricing. Strong negotiation is essential to maintaining the cost-efficiency principles of AIDI's Hard Discount model.
Lease & Handover Management: Coordinate the leasing process, support contract signing procedures, monitor site handover progress, and work with landlords to resolve issues throughout the lease period.
REQUIREMENTS
Good physical health and willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas.
Proactive, energetic, and strong communication skills. Negotiation and price bargaining skills are a major advantage.
Practical mindset, high integrity, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-growing retail environment.
