Job Purpose or Summary
Establish the data collection process to ensure the availability and adaptability of the data to support management decisions. Support to prepare dashboard, analyze statistics of the division to submit to the BOD, BOM and investors. Analyze data to provide insights in order to support division to achieve KPIs.
Main Responsibilities
Business request analyzing
- Discuss, discover and analyze request from the management team regarding business issues and business demands.
- Cooperate with Data Science team to check and review the availability of the data and adaptability of the system.
- Prepare dashboard and analysis to respond to BOM, BOD, and investors requests.
- Collect data from other sources (other departments, online statistics, Nielsen statistics) to project the performance of the team in order to assist manager levels to make decisions.
Reports and dashboards preparation
- Review the current data pool to propose the data collection process.
- Provide guidelines and assist all related parties to input and update data.
- Understand the required data inputs to ensure it is sufficient and fully covered the division's needs for reporting and dashboard.
- Support the managerial levels to build dashboard, reports to update the real-time status of the performance.
- Review the current dashboard to ensure the meaningfulness and effectiveness of the dashboard.
- Provide technical expertise on data storage structure, data mining, and data cleansing.
Comply with the Company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
Perform other tasks when requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Information system or relevant.
- 1 year of experience in Retail or related fields.
- Relational data, highly analytical with a heavy emphasis on data mining and data visualization
- Competency at least 1 BI application (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), would be well experienced in Microsoft data and BI applications
- Be logical, strong on analyzing, presenting.
- Excellent communication skills, experience on working with functional departments
