​Job Overview And Responsibility

We have a brandnew opportunity for AI Driven Shopify Developers. This role blends development, experimentation, strategy, and creativity. You could be coding a microservice one day, designing a workflow powered by AI the next, or crafting gotomarket experiments that integrate tech, sales, and

marketing.

- Build & Experiment: Rapidly prototype applications, automations, and workflows using AI first approaches 

- Code & Integrate: Develop simple to midcomplexity apps, scripts, or services (e.g., coordinating APIs, optimizing performance, or connecting multiple platforms

- Vision & Innovation: Identify underserved jobstobedone (JTBDs) and propose bold AIpowered solutions

- Collaborate: Work closely with product, marketing, and business leads to translate ideas into reality

- Learn & Adapt Fast: Learn quickly and adapt to emerging tools and AI best practices, integrating them seamlessly into workflows

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience: You have 2-4 years of handson experience building apps, scripts, or sites with Shopify and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Rust, Node.js, or Remix)

- AI Practitioner: Well-adept using AI tools to speed up development, automate workflows or create solutions

- Familiar with Liquid framework

- Shopify Expertise: Deep understanding of Shopify's ecosystem (Storefront API, Admin API, GraphQL, App Bridge, Polaris, Checkout UI, and Functions)

- GraphQL & API Integration: Strong understanding of GraphQL and REST principles, experience building or consuming APIs across multiple systems

- Ownership Mindset: You take initiative, work independently, and deliver projects from concept to production (we need people who are proactive and selfdriven)

- Communication: Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Prefer if candidate have

- Experience building microservices endtoend 

- Familiarity with Remix, Hydrogen, or Next.js for Shopify storefronts

- Experience with TypeScript and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Cloudflare Workers, etc.)

- Experience integrating with Shopify Plus or headless commerce setups.

- Demonstrated portfolio of AIdriven projects (tools, automations, apps, or campaigns)
