We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Shift Manager to join our team at COSMO. This is a full-time, on-site position located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations of the gaming floor, supervise team members, ensure compliance with policies, and provide exceptional service to our guests. Key responsibilities include managing staffing schedules, addressing customer inquiries, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring the venue maintains its high standard of service and ambiance. The Shift Manager will collaborate closely with other management staff to monitor performance and help develop strategies for continuous improvement.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience training and supervising staff
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Proficiency in operational coordination and problem-solving within a hospitality or gaming environment
• Ability to develop and manage schedules and ensure smooth daily operations
• Experience in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is an asset
• Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or a related industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
