Job Description:
- Develop full-stack features for Geniee SFA/CRM service application (Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management)
- Implement new features based on business team's requirements
- Optimize web application for maximum speed, scalability and efficiency
- Stay current with latest technology trends and adopt new tools/practices
- Mentor and coach engineers on technical and career growth
Job Requirements:
Must Have (At least ONE of the following technical requirements)
Backend Focus:
- At least 3 years experience in backend development using Python
- Experience in architecture design using cloud services (AWS/GCP)
Frontend Focus:
- At least 3 years experience in frontend development using React and Typescript
Common Must Have Requirements
- Japanese communication skills ( JLPT N2) or above is required.
- At least 7+ years experience in web application development
- Team leadership: A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is required
- Has experience introducing improvements to elevate team's development efficiency
- Demonstrated interest in people management and leadership
- Strong verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to mentor other team members
- Desire to see not just self success but success from other team members
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Nice to Have
- Experience in performance reviews or career coaching
- Experience in both frontend (React) and backend (Python) development
- Domain knowledge in sales support systems (Sales Force Automation)
- Experience with large-scale data infrastructure and distributed processing
- Agile/Scrum development experience
