Job Description

Overview:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and supervise an engineer team
In charge of design and build Bench for testing vehicle integration system.
Monitor and manage issues arising during the bench construction process
Check and ensure the Bench is normally operating and hand it over to the testing teams.
Manage equipment and Bench operations

System Management:

Functional Job:

Receive requests from management , planing build bench as requirement of testing team.
Building bench, ensure that bench could operation follow testing team request.
Analyze and investigate problems arising during bench assembly, coordinate with teams/groups to find solutions to help the bench operate normally.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

Have at least 02 years experience of vehicle EE system architecture, EE function of vehicle
Could reading EE technical drawing
Knowledge of major automotive subsystems, protocol communication ecus and electrical and electronic circuit operation.
Good understanding of network interface : CAN, LIN,...
Experience using the tools: Vector Hardware, ETAS INCA, USBCAN, to debug and diagnosis vehicle
Experience using the software: CANoe/Can Analyzer/INCA,.. and other diagnosis software
Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
Proficient in use of tools & equipment for LV and HV analog measurements, such as: VOMs, oscilloscope...
Have at least 2 years of experience in building, designing, and installing automotive electrical systems
