POSITION: SERVICENOW PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Administrator to support project execution, process compliance, and platform adoption within the ServiceNow SPM environment.

This role works closely with the PMO team to ensure projects are executed effectively, stakeholders follow defined processes, and project activities are managed consistently within the platform.

The ideal candidate should have both project coordination experience and hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow SPM.

This is a remote full-time position (8 working hours/day).

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project administration activities including task tracking, schedule updates, status reporting, and follow-up actions within ServiceNow SPM.
  • Support the PMO team in monitoring project timelines, process compliance, and execution progress across active projects.
  • Maintain project records such as resource assignments, risks/issues logs, milestone tracking, and approval workflows within the platform.
  • Follow up with stakeholders and contributors to ensure overdue tasks and unresolved issues are addressed promptly.
  • Escalate project risks, blockers, and non-compliance issues to PMO leadership when necessary.
  • Onboard new team members and external partners to the ServiceNow project management environment.
  • Provide training, guidance, and user support to ensure effective platform adoption and process alignment.
  • Configure basic ServiceNow elements such as workflows, forms, reports, views, and automation to support project operations and governance.
  • Prepare project health, adoption, and compliance reports for PMO visibility.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project administration within a PMO or delivery environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM or related ServiceNow project management modules.
  • Good understanding of project management processes, task tracking, and governance practices.
  • Ability to configure or customize ServiceNow components such as workflows, fields, forms, and reports is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process compliance.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
