Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Manager to lead ServiceNow consulting and implementation projects for various clients. The role will be responsible for managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and solution governance across ServiceNow transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in ServiceNow platforms, consulting delivery, and project management within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Main duties

• Lead ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects for the clients
• Manage project delivery, timelines, resource planning, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Gather client requirements and provide consulting support on ServiceNow solutions and best practices
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders
• Oversee configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post go-live support activities
• Monitor project progress, issue resolution, and delivery quality to ensure successful project outcomes
• Support presales activities, proposal preparation, effort estimation, and client presentations when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation or consulting projects
• Experience managing enterprise ITSM or digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
• Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and consulting delivery
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• High fluency of English
