We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Architect to join an international project, working directly with US stakeholders to design and deliver AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
What You'll Do
- Design and define enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture with a strong focus on AI capabilities.
- Lead solution design and provide technical guidance for ServiceNow implementations.
- Build and optimize AI-driven features using the latest ServiceNow technologies.
- Develop scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure solution quality, security, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- At least 2 years in an Architecture or Solution Design role.
- ServiceNow Certified AI Architect certification is highly preferred, or proven experience delivering AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong expertise in multiple AI capabilities, including:
- Now Assist
- Generative AI
- Predictive Intelligence
- Virtual Agent
- AI Search
- AI Agent Framework
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and customization.
- Solid JavaScript programming skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow development components such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms and cloud-based systems.
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to engage business stakeholders and recommend technical solutions.
- Confident English communication, with experience collaborating directly with US clients.
