Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services
Strong English communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within SCRUM/Agile teams
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and within global teams
Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Incident, Change, etc.)
Experience with ServiceNow scripting, forms, tables, and navigation
Nice to Have
ServiceNow Administration training/certification
Experience working with JSON
Knowledge of Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB
