What You'll Do
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, CSM, and portals.
- Maintain and enhance existing solutions, delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality code.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and refinement sessions.
- Build and support API integrations between ServiceNow and internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, including platform upgrades and release-related incidents.
- Manage deployments and releases, ensuring smooth delivery with minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, solution design, and code reviews.
- Support platform migration projects and implement new features and enhancements.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting ServiceNow, with strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow development skills, including workflows, business rules, and portal development.
- ServiceNow CSA Certification, or willingness to achieve it within 12 months.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an Agile, global team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Experience with API integrations, Azure DevOps, .NET, or SQL databases is a big plus.
Work setup:
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)
