Job summary
ABeam is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects for enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow platform expertise with solid experience in App Engine Workspace and Workflow Studio, together with proven capabilities in project delivery, stakeholder management, team leadership, and consulting.
This role will work closely with clients, ServiceNow architects, functional/technical consultants, developers, and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered with high quality, on time, and in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery quality.
- Establish delivery plans, milestones, governance processes, and project KPIs.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions are delivered in accordance with client requirements, ServiceNow best practices, and project standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, Technical Consultants, and Functional Consultants.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans.
ServiceNow Platform & Solution Delivery
- Provide strong functional and technical direction for ServiceNow solutions across enterprise workflows and applications.
- Lead and/or oversee solutions built using ServiceNow App Engine Workspace, including application development, workspace configuration, user experience, and integration with business processes.
- Drive the design and implementation of workflows using ServiceNow Workflow Studio, leveraging Flow Designer, actions, subflows, and automation capabilities.
- Ensure workflows and applications are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with ServiceNow architecture and governance standards.
- Review solution designs, configurations, and development outputs to ensure technical quality.
- Support the team in troubleshooting complex ServiceNow issues and resolving delivery challenges.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities, releases, and recommended implementation practices.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement discussions, solution workshops, steering committee meetings, and project status reviews.
- Translate business requirements into actionable ServiceNow delivery plans.
- Manage client expectations and communicate project progress, risks, issues, and decisions effectively.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities for further ServiceNow transformation.
Team Leadership & Consulting
- Lead, mentor, and develop ServiceNow project team members.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple workstreams and project phases.
- Promote best practices in ServiceNow implementation, Agile delivery, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution discussions, effort estimation, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
- Support the development of reusable ServiceNow solutions, delivery methodologies, and consulting assets.
Requirement
- 8+ years of experience in IT consulting, ServiceNow implementation, or enterprise technology delivery, with significant experience in a ServiceNow environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects.
- Solid experience with ServiceNow App Engine Workspace — including application development/configuration, workspace design, and business process enablement.
- Solid experience with ServiceNow Workflow Studio — including Flow Designer, workflows, actions, subflows, and process automation.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, application development, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum or other structured project delivery methodologies.
- Strong project management, risk management, resource management, and delivery governance skills.
- Proven experience managing client stakeholders and leading workshops with business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple stakeholders/projects is highly preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
