Role Description
- Operation and maintain the customer's system
- Define and design ServiceNow architecture aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead development teams in implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Provide guidance on coding standards, integration patterns, and platform governance.
- Present technical solutions and roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Report to team leader/customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience, strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development. Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Having experience in relational database, MySQL, Microsoft SQL and No-SQL database..
- Good at English comunication skill.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, etc.)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Security Operations.
- Having skill problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Passionate about programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems.
- Have more other programing language is plus.
