Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow AI Technical Expert to lead the implementation and configuration of AI-powered capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow AI solutions, helping clients accelerate automation, improve user experience, and maximize business value through AI-driven workflows.
Main duties
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow AI solutions, including: Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Generative AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Configure AI skills, prompts, workflows, knowledge grounding, and automation capabilities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external AI services and enterprise systems when required.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow AI adoption and implementation.
- Conduct solution testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and technical proposal preparation.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow AI innovations, product roadmaps, and emerging GenAI technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or solution implementation.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, and system integrations.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-powered business processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with clients and provide technical consulting.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Experience delivering ServiceNow AI or GenAI-related projects.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI platforms.
- Consulting experience in enterprise digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
