Service Technician

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible to perform all the activities required to provide technical support to internal/external customers; set up, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and repair injection molding systems. Working with the call center, spare parts, & customers directly to diagnose issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:

• Supported for all HR installation , Mold trial, HRC trouble shooting, Training along with Project reviews etc.

• Set up, troubleshoot and repair Husky product independently.

• Provide regular and effective paper/electronic service report,one copy to customer with their signed up. One copy send back to service coordinator for consolidation on weekly base.

• Effecitve and proper communication to customer in each task.

• Develop and maintenance customer relationship.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College or university degree in a related technical subject is required

• 5+years in plastics injection molding/machinery service experience is preferred.

• Fluent in Chinese & Vietnamese & English-language skill

• Well knowledge in Injection molding process skill in required.

• Able to read Mold 2D drawing and well understand the Design features.

• Hot Runner and controller knowledge is most favorable.

• Able to travel region wide based on Service calls (within whole Asia)

• Ready for flexible working atmosphere and try to work with internal team / customers and to manage the region calls with positive work manner

• Well understand the HRC service background

• Injection molding process skill is most required

• Good communication skill, good customer oriented mindset

• Driving license needed
