Job Description
Provide customer service, sales, and operational support at the Service Center.
- Answer phone and greets visitors in Service Center
- Research shipment tracking requests and provides feedback; attempts to resolve misplaced shipments
- Communicate with Sales/Service teams to resolve customer problems
- Assist with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing & documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information
- Accept & secure over-the-counter payments
- Dispatch pick-up & delivery information in a timely and efficient manner; arranges daily pick-up schedules & coordinate with relevant teams
- May process or prepare import/export documentation and assist in the customs clearance process in some markets
Requirements
- Completed high school education.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Good customer service mindset and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams effectively.
- Careful, responsible, and able to follow operational procedures accurately.
- Able to work as an individual contributor and support daily Service Center operations.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross salary: 9 - 12.3 Mill gross
- 13th salary
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Labor contract and compulsory insurance package: To be confirmed.
