Job Description
- Provide customer service, sales, and operational support at the Service Center.
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors at the Service Center in a professional and friendly manner.
- Research shipment tracking requests and provide feedback to customers or relevant internal teams.
- Support the resolution of misplaced, delayed, lost, or damaged shipments when required.
- Communicate with Sales and Service teams to resolve customer problems and service issues.
- Assist with operational procedures, including sorting, loading and unloading activities, shipment processing, documentation, manifesting, bagging, and sending shipment status information.
- Accept and secure over-the-counter payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Dispatch pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner.
- Arrange daily pick-up schedules and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Process or prepare import/export documentation and assist in the customs clearance process when required, depending on market needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence decisions and actions even though the role has no direct reports.
Requirements
- Completed high school education.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Good customer service mindset and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams effectively.
- Careful, responsible, and able to follow operational procedures accurately.
- Able to work as an individual contributor and support daily Service Center operations.
Salary & Benefits
- Gross salary: 9 - 12 Mill gross
- 13th salary
