Support Project Managers in project execution, monitor project progress, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
Handle FAR-related documentation, including acceptance reports, inspection records, and other project completion documents; ensure proper review, filing, and record management.
Manage Service business orders, including sales orders for spare parts, consumables, and other service-related materials.
Follow up on the entire order fulfillment process, including order creation, PO processing, shipment arrangements, and delivery tracking.
Maintain regular communication with customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and coordinate the resolution of issues when necessary.
Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, and supply chain activities to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service departments, to ensure efficient business operations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Responsible for the preparation of monthly payment application documents and the review of payment supporting materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in project support, order management, import/export operations, logistics, customs clearance, or the renewable energy industry is preferred.
